1. Plate production

2. Install battery equipment

Overview of typical lead-acid battery process

Lead-acid battery is mainly composed of battery tank, battery cover, positive and negative plates, dilute sulfuric acid electrolyte,
separator and accessories.

The process is described as follows

Lead powder production: 1# electrolysis of lead with special equipment lead powder machine through oxidation screening into the
requirements of the lead powder.

Grid casting: the lead antimony alloy, lead calcium alloy or other alloy lead is usually cast by gravity casting method to meet the
requirements of different types of grid. Polar plate production: with lead powder and dilute sulfuric acid and additives after mixing
altered in the grid surface and then dry curing is the plate.

Plate-forming: positive and negative plates in the action of direct current and dilute sulfuric acid after oxidation recovery reaction
to produce lead oxide, and then after cleaning, boring is used for battery installation of positive and negative plates

Battery installation: different types of batteries are assembled into different types of batteries according to different requirements.
