QL Lead Dice Cutter Set

This machine set was consisted of lead melting furnace, cooling rotary disk and dicer cutter, which has merits of high output, less maintenance and easy operation. It is an ideal dicer cutter.

Productive capacity: 800kg/h;

There are two types of lead melting furnace, namely electric heating lead melting furnace and fuel lead melting furnace. The power of electric heating is 36kw, while fuel consumption is 4kg/h;

Consumption of cooling water: 300kg/h;

Power of dicer cutter: 2.2kw;

The upper and lower temperature limit of lead melting furnace will be set and automatically control of itself.
